Kelsey and Michael had such a lovely estate wedding. This was our first wedding at Pinecroft at Crosley Estate. And we are so excited to go back as many times as we can.

The girls and the guys are both able to get ready at the estate. The girls occupy the top floor of the house with several rooms and bathrooms at their disposal. The guys get a room in the basement (it’s not as bad as that sounds). They are given plenty of refreshments and have a TV and comfortable seating where they can sit and wait for their call to photos. We started upstairs with the girls where they were relaxing in their cute matching jumpsuits. While I got detail photos, Jessica photographed Kelsey’s mom helping her into her dress. They had a sweet moment together while the girls waited for their turn to see Kelsey. Once she was ready, she had a cute first look with her girls then her dad came in for an emotional first look.

After a handful of photos of Michael getting ready, we went outside to set him up for his first look with Kelsey. As soon as they saw each other in the garden, they were both overcome with emotions and excitement. It was so sweet. We moved to another spot for them to read letters to each other. Both cried happy tears as they listened to the other.

Their ceremony was our first Jewish wedding. Complete with a chuppah made by Michael and his dad. The rabbi was funny and made the ceremony personal to Kelsey and Michael. Before the kiss, Michael even smashed a glass.

While we finished up the photos before the reception (including some with Michael’s uncle’s car), the guests were given drinks and hors d'oeuvres in the main house. And they were able to play some lawn games behind the house. The reception tent was decorated beautifully with pink and green florals, with a long bridal party table in the middle. During the reception they had emotional dances, customary Jewish dances, a group photo, and even an ice cream bar. It was such a fun evening and we were so happy to be a part of it.
